Readers:
Personal activities outside of internet activity has meant that publications have been coming in slower in recent times than they used to; however, new entries will continue to be added! Unlike many other personal blogs out there, which simply post already prepared abstracts of studies or news reports—which in turn may or may not be accessible to the public, much of the material here is—in the main—composed by just the one author of this site, frequently featuring long-winded but very substantive entries, furnished with the necessary referential links. Preparing for these substance-laden entries requires thorough research and carefully thought-out presentation. As such, blog posts may not be as prolific on a monthly basis as the case may be for other personal blogs out there. Here, emphasis is given to quality of content rather than quantity of entries. So, the author of this site hereby encourages readers to stay tuned, and be on the lookout for future developments. Thanks in advance for your patience; in the meantime...

*A new—lengthy—blog entry on certain population genetics is under preparation. This, along with currently being in the midst of upgrading the site author’s PC operating system, are contributing to brief interruptions on blogging...last modified on 5/22/2014
May 22nd, 2014: Readers/viewers who dropped comments in recent times (mainly between end of December 2013 and May 2014) but have not yet seen it, might want to take another look at the blog entries under which they commented, to see if their post had not be published. Several comments were just published as of May 22nd, 2014
May 30th, 2014: The previously separate "Terms and Conditions of Use" and "Comments/Disclaimer" have been combined into a composite page under "Terms & Conditions: Comments/Disclaimer" for viewer/reader notification on the home page of the blog, so as to remove unnecessary duplicity, and as related, to make the most efficient use of the site as possible. If there is any doubt or question about minimum expectations and/or intentions of the site, then this is the page intended to address such concerns. Additional concerns may otherwise be expressed in reader comments. As usual, keeping the viewer/reader up-to-date about the site's status is highly encouraged here, and an easy way to do it is to stay tuned in on the present page (the “Developments” page) .
June 19th, 2014: Two blog articles have been recently published. They will keep blogging current while other — unpublished — projects, such as those described on May 22nd, continue to be worked on. Links to the two latest articles:
Another Look at the Nag el-Hamdulab Iconography
Unity, Harmony and Peace?
November 17th, 2014: Very subtle tweaks [will be barely noticeable to many] were made to the blog's appearance, where sharpness of texts on the "links" section were concerned.
Woohoo! As of December 31st, 2014: To those who left comments for one blog entry or another, your wait is over! With stuff going on around me, it can take time for me to get to activities like this on a consistent basis. If one doesn't see his/her reader-comment, it may be because of violation of terms of the site; otherwise, his/her comment should be published and responded to, as necessary.
May 8th, 2015: Various sections of the blog have been treated with what may seem like subtle tweaks at first glance, but, in fact, the cumulative effect of these changes has been a dramatic enhancement of the blog‘s visuals. These facelifts come in anticipation of publication of several new blog articles.
November 7th, 2015: The entire blog has been treated with a major (fairly noticeable) visual makeover, while retaining certain familiar themes. These incremental changes aren't for nothing: Anticipation of additions to the Blog's archive remains on the table.
February 24th, 2017: Resumption of publication! First of these can be found here: Decolonize Education Movement
April 15th, 2017: A complete new look to the blog!
If you have made a comment in recent years but have not seen it since, i.e. when you last checked, then it should now be out there, as anything or everything there is to be approved — as a feedback — has been published. If your comment is not found, then chances are that it is because the comment violated one or more minimum expectations of etiquette for reader feedback.
October 4th, 2017: Announcement on a major overhaul currently taking effect. The idea is to update broken links, particularly on blog entries affected by Image Shack's unilateral obliteration of an entire storage of images, many of which were linked to this blog. Image Shack's actions affected countless other end-users in a similar fashion. Let that be a warning to those who use such sites, thinking that it will give their images protection and longevity!
The overhaul will also see previous topics modified with new and updated information; some topics will have undergone major expansion, while others will have been treated with a relatively mild but noticeable modification. During this, some sites may suddenly appear mostly blank but furnished with notices such as "this site does not exist"; in such an event, readers should just look for the blog entry of interest at a different time...it's being modified! This overhaul will likely take quite some time to complete because of the sizeable number of blog articles published over the years, not to mention the fact that several images accompanying blog articles will have to be reproduced from scratch and that segments of the blogs will have to be modified to reflect changes or the latest developments in science.
October 10th, 2017: Interesting! ~ The Time-defying Property of Controversy around Racialism first published on February of 2017 underwent a subtle modification on October 10th, 2017, with the header being the most obvious aspect of that modification. The revision of this article came after sporadic blogging activity, again attributable to both time constraints from personal offline activities and the ongoing overhaul of the entire blog archive.
October 15th, 2017: A new link list has been placed on the blog's side utility panel, where links and gadgets go. The new link is a doorway to current, and possibly future, websites or web-pages that belong to this site’s author. Check the link(s) out; the topics are guaranteed to be as engaging as those featured on this blog!
The "Developments" section of this blog (aka this very page) has been treated with a subtle but sharp visual tweak to make it more user-friendly.
October 19th, 2018: Revamping of the blog title and description. The "Developments" (aka this page) section received some visual makeover.

June 6th, 2022: Page entry — Terms & Conditions: Comments/Disclaimer modified.
All reader comments to date should show up under their respective topics of concern. If your comment has not shown up under the topic of concern by now, then it is likely because your comment has violated the minimum standards of reader feedback. For example, comments that were made with a purely commercial intent — i.e. with no relevancy whatsoever to the topic of concern, the recourse was to omit them from publication. All comments have to be relevant to the entry (topic) of concern — no exceptions! Disagreement with the topic of concern has not been a cause for omission of reader comment, provided the comment was not abusive in tone. Having said that, this site’s author appreciates reader commentary, which may be invaluable to the quality control of information contained herein.
